How do you process refunds?

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, we cannot provide a refund if you change your mind, no longer want your order, or have ordered an incorrect size.

However, if there’s a defect, we can provide a reprint or refund once the issue is verified. To report a defect, please use our contact form here (select “Order issue” as the department) and attach photographs of the defect along with a description. Please note that, in rare cases, we may request that the order is returned for verification before a reprint or refund is granted.

That being said, rest assured we’ll do our very best to make sure you’re delighted with your order. After all, refunds and reprints are bad for us too, and we’d much prefer you to be happy enough to order again with us in future!
